  • DSCR (Debt Service Coverage Ratio) loans focus on the rental income from the property compared to the mortgage payment. (Example $1000 in property rents and $1000 in mortgage payment would give you a DSCR of 1.)

  • Although we have options for DSCRs below 1, we ideally want to see a DSCR over 1 or above.

  • We can go up to 80% LTV on cashout refinances.
