We fund ground-up residential, multi-family, and light commercial construction projects. Spec builds and pre-sold homes are both eligible.

Yes. We can include the land purchase in the loan if it’s acquired at or before closing and meets loan-to-cost guidelines. The funding for the construction will come first before funds are provided toward the land.

Funds are released in draws based on completed construction milestones. We work with inspectors to confirm progress or apps used by the borrower to take pictures/videos that serve as the inspection to save time.
