  • We fund ground-up residential, multi-family, and light commercial construction projects. Spec builds and pre-sold homes are both eligible.

  • Yes. We can include the land purchase in the loan if it’s acquired at or before closing and meets loan-to-cost guidelines. The funding for the construction will come first before funds are provided toward the land.

  • Funds are released in draws based on completed construction milestones. We work with inspectors to confirm progress or apps used by the borrower to take pictures/videos that serve as the inspection to save time.

  • You’ll need building plans, a detailed budget, permits (if applicable), survey (if applicable), contractor information (if applicable) and personal documentation.

  • No we have options for first time builders.
